I would recommend Kris Pedrin to anyone in need of furnace or duct work repair. He deftly balanced the vents and rerouted my ducts so that heat was evenly
distributed throughout the house. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. Later when a key part went out in my furnace I called the gas company. Not only did hey not carry the part they were disinclined to order one. Kris came with the part and quickly got my furnace going again. Yeah, Kris!

Over the past few years we have on several occasions asked Kris Pedrin from Healthier Air and Heating to come to our house and fix our aging furnace system or install additional natural gas lines for new equipment. Each time, Kris was able to perform the work and get us back to normal quickly. When a replacement part was needed but unavailable, Kris got the part and performed the fix even later in the evening when most repair people would have put us off until the next business day. The work was always done professionally, Kris has always been very informative, clearly knows what he is doing and best of all, he does it with such a friendly professional manner that he is a joy to talk to. Over the last 10 years Healthier Air and Heating has serviced my furnace and heating ducts. Over a year ago we had Energy Efficient Systems install our gas furnace. Kris Pedrin and John Overall saved us a great deal of money by carefully analyzing our heating needs and pointing out that adding a heat pump to our existing oil furnace, as other vendors advised us to do, would not work. It was very fortunate we heeded their advice for it turns out our furnace and our oil tank had serious problems. In addition, Kris and John are always on time when they schedule a visit, which is very
rare for service people in general. This saves us a lot of time as we don’t have to wait around never knowing quite when they would show up. In short, we find their service to be excellent and would recommend them to anyone.
